
The Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne
The Ordre's main office of the worldwide organisation is based in Reims, France, the centre of the Champagne industry. The Ordre represents Champagne producers,
winegrowers, negociants and cooperatives entirely both in France and around the world.
The Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne organises some twenty chapters annually
around the world, during which inductions or intronisations take place.
Three Official Chapters are organized in France: Chapitre de Printemps (Spring Chapter), Chapitre de la Fleur de Vigne (Vine Flower Chapter) and Chapitre des Vendanges (Harvest Chapter). All these prestigious events are followed by a Champagne reception and a gala dinner.
The Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne contributes to the reputation and the promotion of all Champagne.
The Consulate~ South of England
The UK Chapter is headed by Dignitaire Don Morris. Consulates in England are ours, in the South (London), another in the North (Manchester) and also one in Jersey, each are headed by a Consul.
Our UK Ambassador is Robert Powell.
The South of England consulate is led by Consul Martin Dibben, together the consulate is dedicated to creating engaging, social and formal Champagne events for its members.

Don Morris
UK Dignitaire
Don has been a leader in hospitality for many years. The list of who's who in the entertainment and music industry that Don has been involved with is enviable. Don has created and managed high profile celebrity events in the music industry for years. Over this time he has built close links and relationships with all the Champagne houses. For his merits, Don became chairman of the Champagne Academy in 1994 and is the Ordre's Consul General for the United Kingdom, as well as being deservedly promoted to Dignitaire in 2019.

Martin Dibben
Consul
Martin holds the magnificent role of Head of Champagne at Searcys. He brings with him a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the world of Champagne. Martin’s influence in the Champagne world is further cemented as past Chairman of the Champagne Academy 2013. He is proudly now the Consul for the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, South of England. Through these prestigious positions, he continues to cultivate extensive connections and deep knowledge of the Champagne industry.

Over 30 years in UK hospitality industry, Steve has an affinity with Champagne. His experience in many historic venues, hotels, restaurants and bars, has allowed him to enjoy promoting and enjoying an incredible array of Champagnes. Kate is a prior academician and Chair of the Champagne academy in 2010. Her knowledge, passion for Champagne and dedication to the Ordre proves Kate to be a lynch pin to the membership and organisation of events.
